The Granary is located down a quiet lane yet with easy access to local amenities and attractions. It is a mile from the market town of Alcester with its shops, pubs and supermarket. A wander further down the lane takes you past the church and on to a footpath past the Dovecote in one direction and along a bridleway and the river in the other direction. The Heart of England Forest and Oversley Wood are on our doorstep with beautiful paths and trails to explore. Although tucked away in the countryside the Granary has excellent access to the road network with the M5, M42 and M40 motorways and the A46 within easy distance. The M40 junction 15 is only 15 miles away and for those travelling by rail Warwick Parkway station is within 16 miles. Birmingham airport is 21 miles away. For those wanting some culture Stratford upon Avon is only 8.5 miles from the Granary, and it is 18 miles to Broadway in the iconic Cotswolds AONB. Visitors wanting to go to exhibitions or concerts at the NEC only have 21 miles to drive.
